The pump comes with a patented Let-Down Massage Cushion that has soft silicone cushion with five oval 'petals' that gently massages the area around the nipple as you pump - just like your baby does when nursing - stimulating the let-down reflex. By lightly pressing the handle, you can also adjust the suction power to the perfect level.

if you are pumping about 2-3 times a day this is the product for you. Easy to clean and use, it's worth the money you spend on it.
