Our aim at babyoye.com is to ensure that our customer is completely satisfied. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept the return of packages within 30days of the sale date and will issue a full refund minus the shipping charges. All we ask that the product be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original box and packaging. Babyoye reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used.
There are some products that we cannot take back if the company seal while packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons. Example - inner wear, breast pumps, nipples or teats, baby food etc.
In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 7 days on receipt of the product. We urge you not to accept a product in this case. We will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.
If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% refund. Incase the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
