Where do we ship and what are the charges?

We ship to most pincodes within India. Please click here to check if we can ship to your pincode. There are no shipping charges for orders above Rs 500. However for orders below Rs 500 we charge a shipping fee of Rs 49

How do I order online?

As a pregnant woman or new parent, time is one thing that is scarce. Good products are usually available at shops not very close to your house. Here follow simple steps and get the best products delivered to your doorstep. Since all products will be sealed as per the manufacturer, you can be assured of best quality.

Any hidden taxes and charges?

None at all. All taxes - VAT for products and service charges for deliveries and services are included in the rates mentioned. You can also see taxes paid in your invoice.

Our shipping policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
Based on the nature of the products that we have, we have designed a multi tiered shipping policy that is designed exclusively in your best interests.

For Metros:

We are committed to delivering consumables like Diapers, baby feed and other daily need consumables within 2 to 3 business days of the order being confirmed. This shipping policy applies to orders placed in NCR. We will soon be adding more cities to our footprint. For consumables that are outside these cites orders will be dispatched through our delivery partners and should reach you in 3 to 7 working days from order confirmation.

For other products deliveries should reach you in 3 to 7 working days.

For Non Metros:

All products will reach you within a time span of 3 to 12 days. For certain remote geographies the time for deliveries may exceed 12 days.

The above time lines do not apply for custom orders, special orders or pre-order bookings. The time line for each of these will be individually mentioned in the product description.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

  • We currently deliver to more than XXX cities across India. Click here to check Pin Codes we deliver to.
  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
  • We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.
  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail us at , mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Returns & cancellations policy

Our aim at is to ensure that our customer is completely satisfied. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept the return of packages within 30days of the sale date and will issue a full refund minus the shipping charges. All we ask that the product be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original box and packaging. Babyoye reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used.
There are some products that we cannot take back if the company seal while packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons. Example - inner wear, breast pumps, nipples or teats, baby food, pacifiers etc.

In case the product received is the incorrect product.

In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 7 days on receipt of the product. We urge you not to accept a product in this case. We will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.

Return method & payment
  • We urge our customers not to accept an incorrect product, we will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.
  • For all other products, we will refund 95% of the product cost in case the customer has availed our free shipping facility. In case the customer has not availed the free shipping facility, the actual shipping charge will be deducted and the rest of the product cost will be refunded to the customer
  • For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. Refunds for cash on delivery are not possible. We urge customers to inspect goods before they accept it in this case.
  • The refund will be happen within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods

If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% refund. Incase the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.

What gifting options are available to me?

We at babyoye understand that in India having a new baby or birthdays are a time when all family and friends want to show their love and affection to the little one. Now if you live away from relatives or friends and yet want to be a part of their joy we help you choose the right gift and deliver it all packed with gift wrapping paper to the parents.
We have a wishlist feature which makes choosing a gift easy for friends and family. All you have to do is ask the parents to create a wishlist and share it with your email id and you can then access their baby wishlist and choose products which they have not yet purchased, which will be marked in the wishlist.

Gift wrapping products and delivering to the doorstep of the parents

Please choose the gift wrapping option on every product page and we will giftwrap the product and deliver it to the mom or dad of the baby with the name of the sender on the package. Please to mail us on if you do not wish to send the invoice copy.

Gift certificates

New parents are usually busy and love low prices and fast delivery for all their baby essentials to their door.
The babyoye gift certificates come in various denominations from Rs. 500 to Rs 10,000. These gift certificates can only be emailed. You can personalize the gift certificate by adding any message.
These certificates can be redeemed in parts and on multiple purchases. For example a gift certificate of Rs 5000 can be used multiple times till the amount is used up fully. However to avail free shipping a single invoice value must be above Rs. 2000.
To use the gift certificate, you simple have to enter the code mentioned on the certificate during check out and the bill value will be reduced by the amount on the certificate.
